The rhinestone template is a separate purchase.

You can change the colors of each using your software, changing the rhinestone color will take away for rhinestone effects, making them dots only. The CB/California Bows logo is part of the background and will change colors with your changes. 

You may not pass this work off as your own design.

YOU MUST have experience and knowledge on how to work with layers and changing colors using your software. I am not tech support.
